DHL x Coldplay- 2022/23
Working Together for a More Sustainable World Tour
We follow a DHL driver as she takes her electric truck on the road delivering essential materials for a Coldplay concert. As she climbs into her cab, she can’t help but get Coldplay’s Yellow stuck in her head and she sings the track, unselfconsciously, to herself, as she drives.
We start to see and hear Coldplay appear in the reflection on her windscreen. And, after a brief ‘duet’, we transition to the epic concert as Coldplay and the crowd sing ‘Yellow’. Finally, we transition back to the road to see our electric DHL truck as our voiceover says, ‘Working together for a more sustainabile world tour, for more information and tour dates go to dhl.com/coldplay’.

Videos optimized for social media to raise awareness of the partnership
To build further awareness of the partnership, we launched a competition rewarding people for spotting references to Coldplay tracks. We used 5 animated videos to create a series of short ‘clues’, and invite fans to spot the lyrics while subtly telling the story of our partnership and sustainable logistics behind it.
